Hot Shots (Expedited Ground)

For the shipments that require dedicated same day door to door service. Your exclusive shipment is loaded in our vehicle by your company, and unloaded by your customer. Cost effective alternative to air freight.

NFO's (Next Flight Out, Same Day Air)

For your time critical shipments that must be picked up and delivered to your customers the same day. Call K & L Freight for flight information, size restrictions, and rates.

Next Day Service

For all shipments that require delivery the next business day. Let us know when your customer needs delivery. We can offer Next Day time specific, Next Day by 12:00PM, and Next Day by 5:00PM.

Second Day Service

We will deliver your shipment on the second business day to any location within the United States.

Deferred (3-5 Business Days)

Our deferred service will deliver your shipment within 3-5 business days to any location within the Continental U.S

Local Pick Up & Delivery

Our local services include expedited and standard local pick up and delivery, within a 70 mile radius of Chicago-land area. Our fleet consists of extended Cargo Vans, straight trucks, and tractor trailers.

Full Truckload (FTL)

An exclusive truck filled to its maximum capacity and delivered directly to the consignee.

Partial Truckload (LTL)

A truck not loaded to its maximum capacity. This provides room for multiple shipments. Also known as “less than truckload”.

Flat Bed

Open truck bed or trailer with no sides, specifically used to carry large heavy objects.

Stake Bed

Similar to a flatbed, a stake bed just has removable sides. Winches and straps can still be used to secure cargo.

Refrigerated Truckload

Temperature controlled trucks, to preserve sensitive products.

Nation Wide Drayage

We recover full container and partial container loads from all major ocean and rail ports across the United States and deliver them to any destination within the lower 48 states on standard or expedited service.
